Specifies the vertical position of an object within a chart area or Chart component, or for a PivotList component, the row index visible at the top of a cell or view.

Remarks
For a chart, this element contains a number specifying the vertical position as a fraction of the chart frame. If this element is not specified for the Chart component, the object is displayed at the default position.
If the Top element is not specified for a PivotList component, the topmost cell is visible.
